Congratulations to Zach Miller & the Allesina lab

This past December, post-doc Dan Maynard, E&E doctoral candidate Zachary Miller, and E&E professor Stefano Allesina published Predicting coexistence in experimental ecological communities, in the journal Nature Ecology and Evolution.

Their paper presents a statistical approach to the study of experimental communities, and demonstrates a fundamentally different way of building and quantifying experimental systems, using far fewer experiments than traditional study designs. As the paper's abstract notes, "By developing a scalable method for navigating large systems, this work provides an efficient approach to studying highly diverse experimental communities."

Congratulations to Dan, Zach, and Stefano, on the publication of your work!
